Who we are

StoreIntel is operated by TODO: Legal entity name, registered in TODO: Country of registration (“we”, “us”). Questions about these terms: support@storeintel.live.

The service

StoreIntel provides market research and competitive intelligence about mobile applications. The data displayed is aggregated from publicly available sources and proprietary models. Downloads, revenue, and related figures are modeled estimates, not reported numbers, and are provided for research purposes only without warranty of accuracy.

Acceptable use

You may not: use the service for unlawful purposes; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without written permission; resell or redistribute data obtained from the service; or share account credentials.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, which handles payment, invoicing, and sales tax. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Usage limits apply per plan as described on the pricing page.

Refunds

If StoreIntel isn't for you, email support@storeintel.live within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days. After the first 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law; cancelling stops future renewals.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of any estimate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months. Business decisions made on the basis of estimates are your own responsibility.

StoreIntel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. App names, icons, and screenshots belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification and research.

Termination & account deletion

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; to delete your account and its data, email support@storeintel.live from the address on your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of TODO: Governing-law jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
