Who is responsible

What we collect
Account data (email, name) via our authentication provider; subscription status from our payment provider; the apps, keywords, and lists you choose to track; email preferences; usage metering (daily counts of searches/lookups keyed to your account); and basic product analytics (pages viewed, buttons clicked) so we can improve the product.
Why we use it
To provide the service you signed up for (contract), to send the alerts and digests you can switch off at any time (contract / your choice), to prevent abuse and keep the service secure (legitimate interest), and to meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
Who processes it for us
- Clerk — sign-in and account management (email, name, session cookies)
- Dodo Payments — payments, invoicing, and tax as merchant of record — we never see card numbers
- Supabase — our database (account settings, tracked apps and keywords, usage counts)
- Vercel — hosting of this website
- Anthropic — AI listing audits and the metadata generator — only the listing text you submit
- Resend — delivery of alert and digest emails
- PostHog — privacy-friendly product analytics, run in cookieless mode
- Sentry — error reports so we can fix bugs (may include your account id)
Some of these providers process data outside your country (including the United States) under standard contractual safeguards.
Cookies
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in. Analytics run without cookies, and we don't use advertising trackers.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal data, run third-party advertising trackers, or store raw IP addresses alongside usage data.
Data about apps
The app-market data we display concerns published applications and their public store listings, aggregated from publicly available sources.
Retention
Account data, tracking settings, and usage counts are kept while your account exists and removed when you delete it. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data, and object to or restrict its use. Email support@storeintel.live from the address on your account. Deleting your account removes personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax/accounting compliance. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
